U-Residence is a complex on the VUB Etterbeek campus with on :

• Ground floor : Meeting rooms
• 1st floor : Ergotherapy
• 2nd and 3rd floors : 64 Student rooms, only for VUB students, for a stay of 1 year
• 4th floor : 31 hotel rooms for students and teachers, who want to reserve a room for a short stay
• With two rooms for the disabled on 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th floors
• 1 : Parking

With a partnership with Vlaamse Universiteit Brussels and Vlaamse Gewest

Student rooms on the Brussels Humanities, Sciences & Engineering Campus-VUB

Long stay (12 months following the AC-Year dates, not negotiable) is exclusively reserved for students of VUB, ULB, EhB or Vesalius College (Proof of registration at one of these schools is required ): 64 studios equipped with desk, sanitary facilities, kitchenette

For exchange students, who will study at the VUB with a program managed by the International Relations Office (IRMO) e.g. Erasmus+, Asem Duo, etc.,  IRMO has already reserved a number of long-term rooms in U-residence (for 1 semester, following the semester dates, not negotiable). These students will receive all reservation information by e-mail from IRMO if not you can contact them by mail international.relations@vub.ac.be

Mid stay (min 1 month max 12 months, hotel service) is exclusively reserved for PhD students invited guests of VUB, ULB, EhB or Vesalius College (Proof of registration at one of these schools is required ): 7 studios equipped with desk, sanitary facilities, kitchenette

Short Stay (max. 3 months, hotel service) exclusively reserved for students, PhD students, invited guests of VUB, ULB, EhB or Vesalius College : 31 rooms for stays from 1 night with hotel service
